Apple began taking pre-orders of iPhone 5 at midnight PST on Friday; however, Apple literally sold out its initial inventory in just under an hour.
The demand of Apple's iPhone 5 was so high that Apple decided to push back its shipping date for such pre-orders. The shipping date for iPhone 5 will be on September 28, 2012 instead of September 21, 2012. Moreover, Apple allows iPhone 5 buyers to be able to pick up their new iPhone 5 either at the Apple retail stores or wait for the delivery.
Some analysts predicted that the Apple's iPhone 5 will sell approximately 58 million units before this year's end. Can the sales of Apple's iPhone 5 break the record of Apple's iPhone 4S?
