New Apple iPhone 5 ready for puchase includes lots of new upgrades

Apple's new Apple iPhone 5 is all the rage right now and has been getting lots of attention as pre-orders for the new Apple iPhone 5 will open this Friday, September 14, with phones shipping out on September 21, 2012.

Apple made their big announcement on Wednesday at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco the phone has a lot of updates to the software that include the debut of Apple maps and turn-by-turn navigation along with 3D images.

With a larger 4-inch screen that will accomodate extra row of apps on the phone's home screen, the new phone is taller, 18 percent thinner and has a 20 percent lighter design.

Best yet, the phone will have double-speed for apps and games while photo buffs will be happy to know the camera has received an overhaul that will make the camera 40 percent faster than before that also boasts updated camera technology that features a panorama mode. The phone is also featuring a "Lightning" port that Apple says is 80 percent smaller.

Another very important feature on this new phone is its suport of 4GLTE which will compete with the latest Android smartphones that are currently on the market.

The iPhone 5 will cost the same as last year's iPhone 4S which cost $199 for 16GB, $299 for 32GB, and $399 for 64GB as long as consumers are will to enter enter a new 2-year agreement with the carrier of your choice that include Sprint, AT&T and Verizon.
