Yesterday, a new video appeared at the IFA fair in Berlin, which runs until Sept. 7th. This video claims to be the first of its kind to show a fully assembled Apple iPhone 5. However, if you look a little closer you can see that it is a prototype of an iPhone 5, and one of the most realistic to date.
The video was posted by GSM Israel, and the smartphone closely resembles the many rumored features of the iPhone 5 that have recently been published. On this 'prototype' of the iPhone 5, various interesting features can be seen. There is a camera at the top left of the unit on the rear, the larger screen which should be 4 inches and the new location of the jack on the bottom next to the dock connector.
Other viewing angles show the new slot for the SIM card, which is smaller, and also the famous mini 9-pin dock connector. Almost everything in this video confirms the latest rumors pertaining to the iPhone 5. No big changes in design are noticed, which may leave some Apple fans somewhat perplexed.
It must be noted that this information has not been confirmed by Apple. In a few days we will know how accurate the video is, since the date of the keynote address for the iPhone 5 will be held on Sept. 12th. The iPhone 5 release date should take place on Sept. 21st, according to the latest reports. Although the new design seems quite similar, it may well be that the new iPhone 5 looks like this. As you may have thought, this could just be good fake of an iPhone 5, which is why the term 'prototype' is used. The video is located to the left of this article.
